Z Construction did an outstanding job on my roof install. I originally went with a cheaper quote ..and that was a big mistake...the other company subbed out the work to an in-experienced crew....my roof leaked which in turned created interior damage. So ... I called Z Construction they had to redo the roof plus they fix all the interior damage and decking issues that the first company roofed over....Don't make the mistake of using a middleman wanna be roofer with no actual roof experience...Call Z Construction and get the Pros who know.
John and his crews at Z Construction have completed multiple interior and exterior projects for us. They provide professional, dependable, reasonably priced work, offering great advice and dedicated attention to details. John surveys the work to be done and provides a detailed estimate of costs up front. Every job they have completed has been accomplished within or very close to the bid price. Considering that remodel jobs can sometimes include a plethora of incidental discoveries, John is great at discussing and advising clients about the best way to fix any problems as well as prevent any future problems. He is honest and will promptly quote a fair price if more materials and/or labor should be needed. This is a great construction company! Thanks John, and all of the Z Construction crews!
John took time to answer all our questions and his crew did a great job replacing our old wood shake roof. The new asphalt shingles look great.
